Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation and payment of either the full amount or a non-refundable 30% deposit of the total travel cost.

• During peak travel seasons, a 50% advance payment may be required.
• If a booking is made within 30 days of arrival in Sri Lanka, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before arrival.

2. Prices & Currency

All tour prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change due to exchange rate fluctuations, government taxes, or supplier price changes. Stelaran Holidays reserves the right to revise prices before final confirmation.

3. Accommodation Policy

Tour packages include accommodation based on the agreed hotel category and travel budget. Requests for hotel upgrades are subject to availability and additional payment. Any accommodation changes requested after arrival may incur additional charges.

4. Amendments & Cancellation

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the date of cancellation:

• 31–60 days before arrival: Deposit is non-refundable.
• 15–30 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour cost.
• 08–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour cost.
• 07 days or less: No refund will be provided.

Unused services after the tour has started are non-refundable.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal belongings is highly recommended for all travelers.

6. Liability

Stelaran Holidays acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other service suppliers. We are not responsible for delays, accidents, losses, or circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Sri Lanka.
