Tour Booking Policy
The following booking policy applies to all tour packages and travel services provided by Stelaran Holidays (Pvt) Ltd. We aim to ensure a transparent and secure reservation process for all our travelers.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving written confirmation from the client along with the required deposit or full payment.
2. Deposit Requirement
A non‑refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to secure your booking. This allows us to guarantee reservations for hotels, transportation, and other essential travel services.
3. Peak Season Bookings
For bookings during peak travel seasons, festivals, or high‑demand periods, a 50% advance payment may be required to confirm your reservations.
4. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the arrival date in Sri Lanka. Failure to complete the payment within this period may result in the automatic cancellation of the booking.
5. Late Bookings
For bookings made within 30 days before arrival, full payment is required immediately at the time of confirmation.
6. Booking Modifications
Any changes to confirmed bookings (dates, hotel upgrades, or itinerary changes) must be requested in writing. Additional costs may apply based on supplier policies and availability.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any required health documents before travel.
8. Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer, approved online payment gateways, or other accepted methods as advised by our team.
